We pride ourselves in providing healthy, fresh food; never frozen, everything MADE TO ORDER.  We cook everything,( including all our salsas and chips) on site... and you will constantly see our "prep staff" filtering through raw beans (to dispose of small pepples that are earth's product), chopping lettuce or slicing fresh grown tomatoes.  Our guacamole is like no other! The way "abuelita (grandma) used to make it"!  Owned and operated by family and friends of founder, Sandro Espinosa.
